Hereford resident Ted Rawson would like to make amends for the drenching he unwittingly gave a pedestrian in this week's downpours
A DRIVER who inadvertently drenched a young woman as he drove down Ledbury Road in Tuesday's torrential rain is anxious for her to contact him.
" I did not see her," said Hereford resident Ted Rawson, "but a taxi driver came to my car while I was stationary at the traffic lights, and explained what I had done.
"I did drive back up Ledbury Road to try to find her," he continued "but to no avail. I need to apologise to her, and would be grateful if she could contact me by email at tedrawson@yahoo.com."
